Lawrencium Legal advised Roche and 3 Dutch academic institutions during 2012 on the establishment of a strategic partnership. This strategic partnership was intended for joint research and development projects.

Lawrencium Legal was responsible for designing and negotiating the legal framework and the implementation of the agreement between partners. After establishment, Lawerencium Legal was also member to the operational management team.
