Lawrencium Legal advised Philips, VUmc, Amsterdam (with Dutch governmental support)  in 2012 for the establishment of a strategic partnership for the development of the first integrated PET/MRI. For this partnership a collaboration agreement and the legal framework was drafted.

After establishment of the collaboration, Lawrencium Legal was part of the project team. Next to legal support, Lawrencium Legal supported reporting, financing and funding  and with strategic input in the process of designing the research and development roadmap.
