Lawrencium Legal advised early 2017 GSK, Swedish academic institutions and Dutch academic institutions on the establishment of a public private partnership for research and development of drug and biomarkers in the field of immunology and oncology.

After designing a contractual framework for the collaboration, Lawrencium Legal was responsible for the supporting the process of contracts negotiations and the implementation  between UK, Sweden and The Netherlands.
