Lawrencium Legal advised EMBRC-ERIC (Paris, France) during 2016-2018.

We  provided strategic advice on the  EMBRC-ERIC corporate structure, the EMBRC-ERIC research infrastructure existing of the institutions throughout Europe,, and the EMBRC-ERIC research and services portfolio.

Lawrencium Legal facilitated the establishment of and  application of the European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) status for  EMBRC-ERIC  in collaboration with themanagement of EMBRC-ERIC an drafted the EMBRC-ERIC Statutes, policies and legal documents and provided input on the EMRBC-ERIC technical and scientific plan and EMRBC-ERIC business plan.
