EATRIS-ERIC

Lawrencium Legal advised EATRIS-ERIC during 2012-2016 on the design and set up of EATRIS,  the EATRIS-ERIC status, research infrastructure and the ERIC status.

Subsequently, Lawrencium Legal was supported  the process of implementing and establishing the European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) with the European Commission ERIC for EATRIS-ERIC with the European Commission and drafted the EATRIS-ERIC Statutes, policies and other legal documents.

Lawrencium Legal also advised EATRIS-ERIC on the intellectual property portfolio, services portfolio, industry partnering and risk management.
